Our Office Staff are equipped with the best tools need to get the job done. We have an extensive database that help monitor job progress, due dates and late. Our program issue work based on location and zip codes listed for each employee. It provides an employee report card and it catches duplicates throughout the history of the property so we know when our employees are not doing the work. Our office staff are friendly, helpful and experienced to know what to look for when the photos are provided and they know the right questions to ask for when something does not look right.
Our QC Inspectors: Our Quality Control Inspectors have been with CPR for 5+ years, so they know what to look for, when performing inspections. We never submit a property as complete until it has been QC'd by one of our qualified inspectors.
Documentation: We understand that documentation of actual work performed is critical. We will always provide before, during, and after digital photography of all work performed. We utilize state-of-the-art tracking and management software to organize and record all work previously done so you can rest assured knowing that the details of your project are being recorded and constantly managed in a timely and efficient manner, and that backup documentation is always readily available at your request.
